An Accounting Representative at MCRA is responsible for assisting the CFO with monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions as well as assisting the accounting staff with daily accounting processes.

Some of the primary job duties include:

  • Overseeing invoice processing and verification, expense coding and drafting of checks
  • Completing month and quarter-end accounting close
  • Maintaining general Ledger accuracy
  • Overseeing A/R and A/P activities
  • Processing expense reimbursements
  • Managing vendors
  • Processing payroll including commission calculations
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
